Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in a wonderful game for new players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the house, unlike almost all other poker games that players bet against other players. By betting against the dealer, beginner players don’t have to be concerned about other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their moolla.
One more Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game pace, rookies will be able to take their time and plan without needing to make quick choices.
It is also simpler to play for a long time with basically a small bit of cash after all, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards face up and the casino is dealt 7 cards face down.
A five card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the seven cards, the five card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
