Beginners Tactics for Double-Hand Poker

Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the far east with the western in a fantastic game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler against the dealer, not like almost all other poker games that players bet with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, new players don’t have to worry about other, more experienced individuals taking their $$$$.

An additional Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game play, rookies are able to take their time and plan while not needing to make hasty selections.

It is also easier to gamble on for a long time with only a little bit of money seeing as, to not win, each of your hands has to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the croupier is given seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
